Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the production activities of the rubber molding department.
Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to quality standards.
Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain production documentation, such as work instructions and standard operating procedures.
