Wanted : Assistant Manager (Sr. Engineer) – EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding)

Qualification – CIPET/Plastic Technology/GTTC/NTTF

Experience – 8 to 10 years

Industry – Packaging & Containers

Location – South Africa

-Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Extrusion Blow Molding Machines.
-Provide technical leadership in a manufacturing facility to ensure products meet reliability, quality, and performance standards.
-Interface with various departments such as QA, customer relations, new product development, and process control.
-Monitor production processes for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments.
-Efficiently perform mold changes within specified timeframes.
-Maintain cleanliness and readiness of machines and molds for production runs.
-Follow safety and food safety protocols.
-Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines and diagnose/repair malfunctions to minimize downtime.
-Keep detailed maintenance records.
-Conduct quality checks and address defects in the production process.
-Coordinate workflow with Maintenance and Production teams.
-Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and operators.
