Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Manager with a focus on the plastics industry to oversee all maintenance activities at our facility in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, particularly in a plastics manufacturing environment, and be COREN certified.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Plastic/Chemical/mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge in Nigerian regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the plastics industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of plastics manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Nigerian regulations and laws pertaining to maintenance in the plastics industry.
