Urgent Requirement For QC manager
Location : libya (South Africa)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the automotive industry, specializing in safety parts manufacturing for both 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles.
・Must be capable of traveling overseas as business trips to Thailand will be necessary.
Job Responsibility
- 1.Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
- 2.Conducting regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- 3.Establishing and maintaining quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality control efforts.
- 4.Providing training and guidance to staff members on quality control protocols and best practices.
- 5.Investigating customer complaints or product defects to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- 6.Collaborating with other departments, such as production and engineering, to address quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- 7.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
- 8.Managing a team of quality control inspectors and technicians, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- 9.Communicating with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns and ensure the receipt of high-quality materials and components.
- 10.Participating in cross-functional teams and projects aimed at improving overall product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- 11.Reporting directly to the Japanese MD, providing regular updates on quality control activities, issues, and performance metrics.
- 12.Serving as a liaison between the Indian and the Thailand subsidiary, facilitating communication and collaboration on quality-related matters.
