Experience : 6 + years

Qualification : Diploma/ B tech/ ITI

Plastic PET production Maintenance Technician Title/Designation

Minimum Desired diploma in Mechanical or electrical or Electronic

6 Years Experience in plastic PET production Maintenance Technician (HUSKY) Machine

Good Electrical Troubleshooting Skills

Good Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills

Experience in fixing Troubleshooting of Industrial Automation Equipment

Experience in Hydraulics Machine Experience, Training

Familiar with the working principles and safety specifications of the air compressor

system supporting the bottle blowing machine, and be able to maintain it independently

experience in working principles and blowing process of

PET rotary blowing machines

identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root

cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrence

Use of available software systems to analyze and identify issues to drive

throughput performance

Performs routine preventive maintenance and emergency mechanical, using

knowledge of electrical-mechanical devices, circuitry, electronics, motors, wiring

diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Performing hydraulic, pneumatic, high voltage electrical, and mechanical repairs

on Injection molding equipment.

Define requirements and lead efforts to fix equipment to status during downtime

Plastic processing at high speeds while maintaining tight part tolerances and

acceptable levels of acetaldehyde

وصف المهام Task Description:

Adhere and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices

plant-wide

Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures

related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging

Responsible for setting up one or more machines, observes their operation and

ensures the manufactured products meet specifications

Start up and shut down of equipment before or after designated shut down

periods.

Regular and predictable attendance, as well as required on-call availability, are

essential functions of the job to ensure equipment and facility up-time

Requisitions parts needed for completion of preventive maintenance
