Urgent Requirement For Injection Mould Supervisor
Location : Germiston, South Africa
Salary : As Per Interview
Responsibilities
– Oversee the overall production and operation of various injection molding machines
– Monitor product quality and ensure targets and deadlines are met
– Manage the performance or team members while maintaining safety standards
Desired Experience & Qualification
– At least 8 years experiencein injection molding and at least 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate, coordinate and train team members
– Technical knowledge of injection molding machines and troubleshooting problems to identify and resolve issues
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
– Demonstrate ability to manage customer quality requirements and expectations
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
