We’re looking for someone to join our HR team! Your role will involve handling recruitment, coordinating with our HR Head, and collaborating with colleges for potential hires. Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to meet company needs efficiently.
- Responsible for shortlisting and progressing relevant profiles for successful hires.
- Sourcing candidates through diverse recruitment channels such as job portals, referrals, headhunting, and personal resume collections.
- Actively partnering with colleges and institutes for leads and organizing webinars.
- Attend collaboration meetings at colleges and institutes as required.
- Development of HR Policy and Enforcement.
