Responsibilities:
- Achieve maximum production of good quality goods, as per the requirements set by the sales
- team, with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment.
- Injection and IBM machine process Control.
- Controlling manpower
- Raw material handling
- Supporting the running the factory by solving breakdowns and by delivering maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
